International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

RETURNS

We hope that you are pleased with your order however if you would like to return an item(s) please contact us. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your package.

All returns must be unworn and in its original condition. Returns must also be sent back in the original packaging. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s). Unfortunately we cannot process a refund that has been lost or damaged in transit when returning. Your refund will then be credited to the same account used to make the original purchase.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
